Pluspunten
I felt like part of a team. Lots of work activities, especially unloading the truck and stocking in the early mornings in such an organized way (with lively tunes on the PA system)! The company and the employees care about keeping everything neat, clean, and organized, for example, bringing the products to the front edge of the shelf, or as they say, "Kiss the lip". Starting wages were above the market average for retail. (Note that I last worked at TCS in the early 2000's, but I visit.)
Minpunten
I had very few dislikes, but they included: *They expect you to meet their standards. (That's actually a "Pro", not a "Con", but it's not always easy. They also encourage you.) *an occasional meeting on Sunday morning that conflicted with church. *a sales flyer around Christmas headed "Bring Joy to Your World", as if buying stuff was a substitute for the Savior of humanity.
