      1.You will be spending more time in an office and you able to learn more. 2. People will transfer knowledge only if you under them.

      Minpunten

      1.Management does not know how to treat the people. 2.The Employee will be treated like a school kid. Salary is not up to the mark. 3.Partiality is shown between employees and no job security. You will be removed in a minute. 4.Company growth is not up to mark and people started leaving the place.

      You have to work for 10-11 hours so you get to learn something

      Minpunten

      - no work life balance - spoils a career start of freshers by hiring them and firing them after 7-8 months. - no job security - salary of office servent boy = salary of employee in this company - no hikes for years -Fires bunch of employee without any notice - internal gossips always keeps u diverted - if u are good technically but not close to management people, you are going to get fired. - If you have no clue of any technology or work, but you are good in maintaing good relationship with management people, your job is secured. You will be even getting paid to watch movies on youtube in seperate room.

      -> Salaries are the only concerns but if you want learn something new you can ignore it.
