Some of the best reasons for working in The First Collection are stability, continuous training for the staff, and supporting each team member in their growth. Good benefits like medical insurance, compensation plans, company rooms, outlets discount, etc. There are lots of new properties to open soon, and the possibilities for career growth are very big. The management is very supportive and hands-on.

Allow room to learn. Provide e-learning facility to help staff productive to oneself and to the company Does now allow racist. A place for diversity and always put staff first before outside staff. Motivate employees and appreciate hardworking
