Minpunten
- Extremely process heavy, micro-managing organisation, sometimes it's difficult to believe the hoops you need to get through to achieve something basic.
- The Head Of of my team was unbearable. He was too difficult to work with and had really made life difficult for rest of the team members. He is a buzzword leader. He created so many processes, contracts, policies, and strategic approaches; never truly listened to anyone and threw people under the bus for his fallouts- it was really difficult. Thanks God I am out!
