Pluspunten
Overall, Hanover does a good job practicing what they preach. As a people leader, I am empowered to lead my team in an open, honest, and transparent manner that allows for empathy and focuses on their growth and development. While no company is perfect, Hanover does preach a lot about culture and they provide resources and a workplace that embodies that.
Minpunten
Work is work, sure they could pay a little better, provide more compensation and benefits, but overall I think the work/life balance is good and the pay/benefits are fairly in line with industry standards. Overall, I have been with the company for going on a decade and no real cons to note.
