A really cool company with lovely people who are fun, supportive and talented. Gave me quality experience to set me up for starting in the industry.

Had to sadly leave the company which I was disappointed with but understood it was a required business move, however, they were very supportive and helped me find a new job which was greatly appreciated.

As an employee, I couldn't have asked for more from The Idle Man, I joined as an intern and over the course of 3 years worked my way up to a full time creative management role. There are several negative reviews for this company and I would dispute them all, my personal experience was one of being rewarded for working hard and being given the resources and chances to progress my career in the direction that I wanted to take it. If you are looking for a challenge and are willing to work hard you will be rewarded, if you aren't willing to work hard then it's a small company and you are held to account for your failings that's the nature of a start-up and The Idle Man is no different. If you're interested in Men's fashion this is a great place to work, quality brands, good team and a company that is going places fast, one I was very sad to leave! Oliver and Alex will push people hard but they both have proven track records of success and if you are willing you will learn a huge amount from working directly under the two founders both with extensive successful backgrounds. The opportunities at this company are amazing, you can voice your opinions and suggestions and if you are willing to do the work you can very quickly bring these to reality!!

The hiring process could be refined, people come and go quickly which can negatively affect how cohesively a team works together, better hiring would reduce this.
