Updated technology/machinery. Just moved into a new facility.

This company does not value their current employees which are constantly expected to do work outside the scope of their job description. Family owned and operated, managers are all related to the owners. Allows employees to abuse substances on company time, even while operating heavy machinery. Hires cheaper labor which sacrifices quality of work. Has no interest in advancing current staffs positions or pay. Now only hiring employees through employment agency.
