The opportunities are there for those that are good, it is also one of the best paying gyms, They are strict, but for good reason, if a trainer is not at work on time, then clients are left sitting outside, - not professional, and sick days not paid for good reason, as so many part time staff - don't bother to come in and leave the rest of the team to cover and cope. If you want great training, you will not only reap the rewards, but flourish at the same time,

Its tough as any decent caring trainer will tell you. Its hard hours, and a steep learning curve. But I want to be the best in my field and you don't get there with a lazy or non -commital effort.
