      Great people to work with, lovely staff, really passionate and doing excellent work which makes it easy to love. Fun travel too.

      Minpunten

      It's in Crawley, which is a pain. Pay is low even by ngo standards. Office infrastructure not great. Lots of demands because of a small team.
