We are a small family oriented team and a creative safe space for innovators and hard workers. Being a team of less then ten girls give us the opportunity to really get to know one another and lean on one another when it comes to completing the work load, coming up with ideas, and creating strategies for our clients brands. The team is always ready and willing to jump in and carry some weight if you're having an off day or if you see yourself drowning. Communication is key and we love to support one another and ensure we are always putting our best foot and word forward. Amazing insurance benefits, lots of PTO, WFH Fridays, and frequent events local to the office that we are always welcome to participate in.

This team is a lean mean marketing machine and only has room for individuals that work hard and hold themselves to very high standards. If you cannot handle lots of work and time management is not your strong suit, this is not the place for you. Stakes are high and any and al feedback is real and raw, no sugar coating and no buttering anyone up. High standards in the way we work is held every minute of the day.
