This place is crashing and burning, which is shocking considering that it appeared we were flourishing less than a year ago. I have no idea how they're measuring successes and failures because they have no accurate reporting tools anywhere in the entire org; and they're using that inaccurate data to make business and layoff decisions! Change management is appalling and non-existent. Decisions are made on a whim with nothing being thought through before implementation, resulting in gray areas that teams have to do their best navigating through for days or even weeks following. Goals are constantly changing with no reporting or visibility into how teams are tracking towards them. Middle management (Director level and below) are doing their best to answer teams questions and qualm concerns about the ever-changing environment but C-suite and VP level leaders are in their own little worlds and could seemingly care less about the stress that IC's are under.
