We have worked hard to improve benefits over the past few years, including increasing the matching rates every year for the last 3 years. This has ensured that no employee has had to pay any more out of pocket for the last 3 years, while still having access to high quality healthcare for their families. We now provide 8 weeks of maternity and 3 weeks of paternity leave. We offer all new employees 6 weeks of paid time off per year (2 weeks of PTO, 2 weeks of company shut down, and 2 weeks of federal holidays and TPG holidays). We also have generous sick and personal time along with 2 paid days of charity each year. Employees that are here for 3+ years gain 1 additional week and employees with over 5 years get 2 additional weeks for a total of 8 weeks off per year! We have promoted so many people over the past few years and almost always from within. There are incredible advancement opportunities and we provide a clear career rubric for everyone to follow.
