Plan to be at this companies becking call. Cover your butt, management treats you like a child, I was hired on saying they give 10-15% bonus and raises which is the reason I normally put in 60+ hours a week, nights and weekends are expected but come bonus time they will find excuses to hardly give you anything. My office works on a skeleton crew and in a high stress environment with piling demands from corporate hour after hour. I hardly have time to do "property management" for the tenants. Upper management sees the people in the field as peaons when they come to town We are lucky to get a hello.
