I just retired from TRN after 8 years. Their biggest strength are the people - smart, thoughtful and collaborative. Working there brings a great sense of accomplishment connecting innovative Education Companies with dedicated individuals who want to make a difference. The variety of positions we placed made the work interesting and fun - sales, marketing and product roles from c-level to entry level. TRN and Lisa are well respected in the industry. She founded TRN 25 years ago and it is busier than ever! Lisa has a wealth of knowledge and is always willing to share her insights with you. Truly a team oriented environment.

Covid changed our environment from being together in an office to fully remote. The advantage was we grew our team nationally. Learning to keep all lines of communication open and accessible remotely can be challenging but having the chance to work with people from all around the country was wonderful.
