The team I work with is amazing. Leadership is great. My schedule is flexible. Overall, I enjoy what I do and the people I work with. If I were to ever leave, it would 100% be because of our (lack of) benefits.

Minpunten

Benefits are absolutely terrible. Health insurance is insanely expensive. There is no 401k match. PTO is very limited.
