      Tight knit group of people, chance for a raise or advancement is slim unless you're a designer or related to the owner in some legal way, no training program set in place to help you succeed, sink or swim environment, loyal employees left a long time ago and the last lingering few seem to work together to make the environment awkward for new people while management doesnt take any action to fix the problems and the pay is worse than McDonalds

      Great atmosphere, everyone is really nice and very helpful if you need help. The management really supports their employees and invests in them.

      Minpunten

      The work can be a little mundane, but you get used to it.

      Lot of good people. Flexible with time off. Decent starter job to get some experiences on your resume.

      Minpunten

      No benefits. Near impossible to get a real raise unless you were one of the GMs hires. Warehouse and call center works, most everyone else is stoned or plays all day.
