Toxic. C-Suite cannot lead, do not have clear direction, change strategy every 2-3 months and fire people en masse because of it and falsely claim “poor performance.” It’s unethical to loop in so many talented people to have their skills go to waste here because all decisions and process direction comes from C-Suite. No space to be creative or innovate. People feel like robots— just executing without input or even information on the company strategy. Nepotism is strong here and very problematic. Toxic white feminism runs rampant and unchecked. They talk about pay equity but do not pay their employees, consultants or event speakers equitably. They talk about intersectional feminism but can seem to hire or retain women of color on their teams. That they have been able to get the press attention and money they have is not on merit but on connections and vision of a brand. They lie to the press, their members, the investors and the community.
