Nothing to say. It's small company act like a mid level workers' replacement of naukri.com but they work as a recruitment agency. They just take clients and just behave like the father of naukri.com. The working environment is absolutely miserable.

The whole management is done by an incompetent person, who is arrogant and selfish. He scolds his employees for every small mistake and doesn't encourages them to do their best. He only consider two people as his employees. Pathetic working environment. I hardly saw any founders during my tenure. Never join this company. They will not provide any experience letter as well forget about the joining letter.
