Pluspunten
To be frank company is providing services on cool stuff, but resources(tls) who are sitting at Mysore campus really unless(not all, few). Here i don't want to discuss about client, because they are always very friendly, technically sound and know the value of resources who are really working hard.
Minpunten
* No TL (not all) is technically sound enough, they do only reports * They know micro management very well * They know how to make fake promises * They don't have heart to congratulate for good work, but know how to shout people for 0.1% mistake * They think machines will run the business * They follow British rule (divide and rule policy) in a team * They are very partial towards few localities * There is one psycho SR TL, stays in office 24x7 for nothing. He doesn't have single leadership quality also, he feels that company is his kingdom * They Talk more about information security, but when it comes to their neck they are always open to do anything * They say should not talk, laugh, eat at desk * Resources should drop a message in IM when they go for breaks also (APAC TLS) soon we can expect to go for rest room also * Free cab facility but they say it's privileged, at-least they should have a minimum common sense how employees can reach out to office in night shifts and early morning shifts * Cab drivers are very rude * Food at cafeteria is horrible
