Therefore has maintained an excellent core culture and workplace environment, despite growing at a fairly rapid clip in the past year. Therefore has done an amazing job of staffing the company with friendly, intelligent, like-minded people. The Toronto office is an easy commute via car, TTC, or the GO-train, and has some great amenities, like a big selection of free snacks and the included gym.
The work can be challenging at times, but the client base is excellent. Lastly, the ownership encourages everyone to be involved in web-centric community events/learning sessions and even offers up incentivisation for attending events and blogging about them. An awesome way to spur personal development.
