Ever since the previous CFO left there seems to be no direction and little communication. Management often claims to have a plan and then asks the front line workers to develope a plan for them. Some leaders are very smart but poorly suited for the role they're in and seem overwhelmed, floundering for answers. The work/life balance was terrible, at least in the department I worked in. It was a weird duality to have a boss that was genuinely very intellegent, yet seemed to never be able to communicate clearly or provide anyone with any understanding. 15 minute stand-up could be an hour wasted with nothing solved and not plan of action.
