From peer discussions, the current leadership overseeing Operations and Product Delivery appears to contribute significantly to the downfall and toxicity. There seem to be inconsistent standards, with different expectations for certain favored employees compared to others. The overall office culture feels unhealthy, stressful and toxic, with some individuals focusing on undermining or belittling colleagues, into spreading rumours, false accusations rather than collaborating. This creates a stressful environment where professionalism and morale suffer.
