Pluspunten

There is generally a lot of flexibility -- in terms of how, where you work -- and opportunity for self-starters. Great mission, good colleagues, and beautiful office.

Minpunten

It used to be a great place to work, it now feels like a very hollow version of its old self. The culture and people who made it what it was are largely gone. The product vision and sense of what makes us unique are very murky. The pay and benefits are almost exactly middle of the road, but the risk is fairly high -- 2.5 major layoffs in the last 18 months.

We're so glad to hear you enjoy our mission, the team, flexibility, and the office - the flexible time off is definitely a favourite! On the flip side, we recognize navigating change and shifting teams has been a challenge for some, but our goal has been to be transparent and kind every step of the way. - Amazing Location - Beautiful office - Very friendly working environment and not stressful - Very understanding team - Unlimited vacation days policy - Lots of foods, snacks, and beverages - Pet-friendly office - A place that supports you to learn a lot and develop your career - A place that listens to everyone's idea and promotes it - A personal win is a company win and a company win is a personal win and we celebrate all the wins

Minpunten

- Salaries are average, not competitive, you might get a higher salary somewhere else, however, there are many other things that compensate for that! - Very fast paced company, you snooze you lose, you need to stay always alert and cope with the speed - Still building the process, this can go in both cons and pros, you might not find a good process that helps you but at the same time, you get the chance to participate in building one :)

One of the things we work hard to do is provide a work environment that helps our team feel productive while working, comfortable (and heard!) while sharing their ideas, and especially where they can feel they're learning and growing in their careers. We've come a long way in building out our processes and we're so fortunate to have team members who help us to continually improve them!
