      Work-life balance, because it's only 35 hours of toxicity in your life.

      Minpunten

      The IPE department is extremely toxic and manipulative. The director is a micromanager and conniving. They have had several mass exodus' of all their employees in the last three years and HR can't recognize that the problem is management.
