Pluspunten
Some benefits are great such as free yoga and fitness classes on campus and tuition waiver for spouse and children. Very welcoming environment and interesting professional development opportunities through the Centre for teaching and learning including a community of practice for new faculty. Kamloops itself is beautiful as well!

Other benefits are not as great as I was hoping for in terms of health appointments for extended medical professionals (massage therapy, etc.).
