The pay and benefits were good. Smaller teams made for better work experience.
Minpunten
Leaking ceilings and probable mold in building. Management only cared about themselves. Opinions were put on the back burner. If you're promised a raise, don't count on it. If you have any sort of mental or physical health condition, don't expect them to give you any sort of accommodation. Understaffed and overworked. Turnover rate is extremely high. Never felt comfortable talking to HR. CEO never came to the office in the years I worked there. Whenever a higher up came they would silently judge our work and only talk to management, never talked to employees that ran the business.
