There are a lot of Cons: 1) Work: If you can to redundant work every day of your life , believe me you can retire from here . It is a back office centre for Blackstone. So you do not get to work on anything challenging, just follow a mundane routine and you will survive. All the good work is kept by onshore team. Even if you get promotion, you are doing the same old clerical work. The only reason people (mostly freshers) stay is that they get a decent pay to start with, and since you have not been able to gain knowledge and skill, you are anyway going to struggle to find a new job . 2) Admin and policies: Now what to say about HR and admin: the benefits and policies are one of the worst in industry, the costliest insurance you can ever get, HR team is not so good since most of them are new and still settling. Salary increment are bad, communication is worse, and management is worst. The management is so casual and laid back. The office is so overcrowded, with a petty pantry, and no personal space. You can’t even talk a phone call with people sitting in arms length distance to you.

None- the description of the company sounds great but it isn’t reality

Minpunten

1) Lacking integrity- discrimination, favoritism, nepotism, and sexism are all in play here 2) Poor Leadership- micromanagement, lack of direction/no strategy, lacking of experience, and no concern for others in company. It’s surprising to see such poor leadership in a company. Prior CEO, CBO, and CIO after acquisition, weren’t qualified. They are the primary reasons for the majority of the cons on this list. 3) Lack of communication 4) Lack of trust at all levels 5) No career growth 6) Poor sales 7) Poor operations 8) No energy 9) Lacking of consulting services intelligence 10) The culture is off the charts bad 11) There were some good leaders in the past but they were fired because they were a threat to new leaders 12) No future because all of the prior 11 listed cons
