As the saying goes, best way to know about an organization is to ask alums. Connect with some former employee, you'll know the truth. Here we go. 1. "Good compensation as per market standard": Oh, the joy of being compensated "decently" and being told it's the market standard! Join if you fancy being undervalued. 2. "Work culture is very supporting and learning is very good": Ah, the thrill of working with people from other vendors! Remember, you'll become the average of such brilliant minds. Also, good luck finding a future jobs in India with the tech they will make u work. 3. "Collaborative Atmosphere": Feel the aura of being considered trash while full-timers (aka. FTEs) are hailed as gods. Who needs respect or a chance to prove themselves, right? Collaboration? More like a distant dream. 4. "Emphasis on Innovation": Ever witness innovation being outsourced because, apparently, the in-house geniuses prefer repetitive, uninspiring tasks? Why their client's employees work on innovative project, when they can outsource to ThoughtGenesis, huh? 5. "Transparent Leadership": Oh, the transparency! But wait, who can question leadership, If a single person writes the rule at any time. A tad stingy, aren't they? 6. "Fair opportunity of getting full-time offer from Apple": Pfft, the person who said this clearly missed the vendor referral policy at Apple. Skills and work ethics are the keys, they say! But where's the evidence? Show some newbies the light by converting them within a year, please! At least this will help future joiners, if they dare. Don't make wait them 4 years to end up with ThoughtGenesis. 7. "Chance to talk with company head and share concerns": Oh, the joy of speaking up! But alas, they won't listen, and you're expected to swallow whatever they say. The joy of being heard but not listened to. 8. "Exposure of interviewing candidates as company is trying to grow": Brace yourself for the impending influx of subpar hires after the good ones leave! If by change some good folks joined the way to keep with the company is to have a nice bond sign and legal threat. Join if you dare! But after joining, do revisit this list and marvel at how many of these "positives" were spot on.

No manager overhead. Less time wasted in useless ceremonies and meetings. Good hikes nearly in double digits(%).

Minpunten

Offshore management of the company which you are hired for will have the final say in all decisions regarding leaves, hikes or promotions.
