Minpunten
There are not many projects , They are firing people in the UK, Spain and Germany and hiring cheap labor in India instead. People are stressed all the time , as they could be the next one. There is too much stress put on people and there is no space for creativity and think about good technical solution. Leadership does not care about you, you're just a number for them. If you disagree with them , you're out of the project. One of my colleague had a conflict with the leadership and he was kicked out in 2 days. No time given for handover, which increased work load of other team members. Lots of politics. It was a nice company 5 years ago, now feels more like a typical consultancy primarily focused on billing and utilization. Do not recommend if you are technically ambitious.
