Pluspunten
They go out of their way to make the workplace environment both professional and relaxed. It's definitely a fine line to walk and they seem to do it ably. They are very good at what they do in terms of industry-quality (something that is very important to this reviewer) and work hard to gain a genuine reputation for excellence. They are open to reasonable feedback and certainly open to changing the way they do things if it makes sense or things better. They do not operate on a I say/you do paradigm, but rather a very team-oriented perspective. Certainly there is a hierarchy with a high-altitude outlook, but the workplace culture is not dominated by a system of dictates and fulfillment. Productivity is a team effort, and so success is a team achievement. I have some pretty great memories of down-time spent with co-workers.

Not a con so much as an observation: Every workplace has its difficulties and growth points. Interpersonal conflicts are the norm wherever you go. Threadbird is no exception. But what positively stands out is their culture decision not to shy away from conflict and their drive to push through it toward a solution and common growth. So while there may be individuals with generally bad experiences or my own frustrating interactions with others, it is the natural product of working in close proximity to other human beings. If a person is encountering a lot of friction, it usually is due to their unmet (perhaps unrealistic) expectations or unfulfilled opinions on how things should work. Threadbird is a great place to work and a great place to grow, both in terms of the positive and the challenges. You just have to be willing to pursue it.
