You work in “sports”, really just a software sales company. Food in the office, (mandatory) company outings and unlimited PTO is really the extent of the pros.

Incompetent management is the number one worst part of this company. Most people in management this was one of their first jobs, have never been formally trained.
Everything is always on fire, the goal post is always shifting and it’s always your fault if you get something wrong….even if you were never told about it.
The disrespect and lack of trust that runs through this company is really insane. You’re not treated like an adult and there’s virtually no flexibility.
Most people who work here and so stressed out, over worked and scared to voice any of their real opinions. This is because they hire mainly new grads because they’re moldable and they don’t have context into what a good company culture actually is.
Run away….
