I couldn't think of a better place to be working during a pandemic. The support from all over the company to rally together and make things work has been incredible. The leadership is understanding and supportive and has helped us figure out a way to juggle home life and work life during all the craziness. I've encountered wonderful people in all departments and even though we are spaced around the country and growing, it still feels like a family. TierPoint leadership understands business continuity and I feel lucky to be working for a company that was/is well prepared.

It is not an understatement that our employees have shined through the adversity of 2020 and Q121. We certainly will continue to communicate and promote shared & unified goals across the company, that is a great suggestion. To your point, it takes practice for unison in all functions and while we are on the right track, we are certainly confident that recent system upgrades will further enhance our inter-departmental collaborations! We are excited for what 2021 has in store for our team.
