Management, especially as you go up the ladder, is motivated towards optimizing their end of year bonuses. This is at the expense of the non-salaried employees' morale and wages. Starting at TierPoint, you will see upper management receive accolades and wealth while your work earns you an noncompetitive, industry standard raise.

While changes can not happen overnight, we hear the feedback on wages. We appreciate your continued support and everything that you do.
