Leadership truly has no concept of the skills required to keep everything running. Magic and telepathy are not real! They are too focused on their KPIs and have no idea of the situations that everyday workers have to deal with. There is no training and no time set aside to train. BurBurnout real. Based on the constant influx of new names and the fact that the company employee total is going down and not up, I'd say they have had over a 25% turnover rate in just one year.
