Other important cultural attributes are performance, integrity & zero-politiking. Throughout the interview process, I learned a lot about the company's core values from everyone I met. These core values, including "respect, support and collaborate with each other", which really resonate with me and helped me make my decision to join the team. I've been at the company for about a month and everyone around me has welcomed me and helped me get up to speed. I look forward to learning and contributing to the success of the company along side my peers!
