Bespoke software, A product that can't be easily defined or marketed to anyone in a way that would be interesting. Startup vibe, with role flexibility, meaning it's impossible to know what one is supposed to be doing. Family atmosphere, teambuilding involves drinking a lot and talking about aspirations to go to places like America to meet clients and...drink with them. Yawn. Why bother hopping on a plane at all?
