Pluspunten
As an intern I was given a lot of project responsibility. I got to work on something that mattered and was used by the rest of the time and I even got to see it implemented before I left. The people who worked there were very friendly. I also got a decent amount of networking as my manager actually scheduled me to meet with various members of the company.
Minpunten
Employees were underpaid and some full-timers were clearly overworked. The overall culture could kinda get stale too as everyone was pretty much trapped in their own cubicles. I was not located at HQ though so it may be different there.
