For someone new to the auto repair field, they will show you the ropes and train you.

Minpunten

You work on commission, and they will give you "come back" work to do for free while lower level techs are working all the high commission jobs. Management has no cares for your life outside of the work place. You are expected to work through your lunch break off the clock if busy.
