1) Management is open to suggestions. Management reply to anonymous suggestions every month. 2) It is okay to make mistakes. As long as you can learn from it. 3) Team member is supportive to each other.

Minpunten

Teams usually care about what is best for his own team instead of the whole product or the company.

1. You will fail the probation easily if you are not talented enough. 2. If it's your first job, I don't recommend here. 3. You need to be 24/7 oncall (maybe per month).
