Because of quite a lot of stuffs and sections, it is difficult to make them get along well with each other.

Everyone in the department was helpful and kind, even the higher ups. They try to teach you as much as they can, and be patient about it.

Minpunten

Unending load of work, low salary (especially if you're not the best performer) and their system where they only reward the best artist, which are usually the same people every month.
