Pluspunten
The people and culture are outstanding. It is nice to be encouraged to go home on time. It is quiet so people can actually get stuff done when there is time.
Minpunten
1.Business casual dress code. We should have a casual dress code M-F like other companies unless we have a visitor. 2.We should be able to work from home at least one day a week to help with employee spending on gas and food. 3.Too many meetings. I spend half of my week in meetings and have to still find time to do my work. Even though encouraged to leave on time you cant because you were in meetings all day so nothing got done. 4.Benefits not great and could use some help to be competitive. They need to work on reducing employee cost and making coverage better. 5.Cafe is nice but too expensive. And snack and soda machines owned by cafe so they are outrageously priced.
