Pluspunten
Throughout my uni life I switched shop assistant jobs a few times and I'm the happiest with the working conditions at Tom Tailor. I remember I went through an entire mall here in Sofia asking for free positions and I did in fact get interviews on majority of the places. However Tom Tailor stood out. Not only was the salary greater than the other shops' offers, but the colleagues were all at reasonable age (unlike at places like New Yorker or H&M) so they knew their stuff and were really helpful with the newbies.
There's place for evolving, which is great. My managers had started as shop assistants and look at them now! Also, you can go beyond managing of your personal shop. You can be a regional manager too. Which is far more responsible and better paid job. Or a VM (Visual Manager) which would make you responsible of designing the shelves, tables, mannequins etc.
Bonus: Another small bonus is the monthly bonus to your pay if you have reached highest number of sales on your name from all the company shops in the area.
Minpunten
The salary bonus isn't that great. In Bulgaria it's set to be about 25 euro... Which is absolutely not equivalent to the amount of work you need to put in order to be the best out of the entire city.
Other than that it's all a matter of location and different teams. I had the amazing chance to be in a well educated and fun team, but it's not a guarantee that all Tom Tailor shops will have the same quality team.
