Minpunten
- I had high hopes when joining this company in 2023 and was really excited to get the role. The salary was less than what I got in my previous role and I received one very little pay increase in the time I was here. - Fake management: Some very fake people and lack of transparency. If you are confident , outgoing and an extravert then you will be accepted. If you are more on the quiet side and don’t like to constantly get your voice heard then you will never progress. - Very clique: Intimidating, uncomfortable atmosphere in the office. There are some employees who are quite judgemental and won’t make much effort to talk to you in the Key Accounts Team. - Constant unnecessary meetings and strategy sessions . I personally found a lot of these very dull and not a good use of my time. There was a lot of repetition and unnecessary meetings. - Micro managing. One positive side of working here was that you manage your own diary and work load and it was like this when I first started. As time went on management became too micro managing and constantly checking in. On a couple of occasions when I didn’t reply to a slack message within 10 minutes I got bombarded with loads of messages.
