Not as competitive in salary

Most of the staff are great. They care about the work and treat people with respect. People are busy but friendly and happy to share information and help.

The accounting department is terrible. Management and I use the term loosely, micromanages at times and offers no support or help at other times. The CFO either seems to not care at all about what people are doing or is looking over someones shoulder telling them what button to press on the keyboard. I'm joking but only a little. The team has had a ton of staff leaving or getting fired and almost everyone on the team seems unhappy and stressed. If you want to work at Toole and you aren't an accountant, do it. If you are an accountant, run fast and run far.
