Workload- when there is workload definitely you are expected to give 200%. You have to proactively work here. You should never wait for someone to tell you.

1. You wont get paid no matter how hard you work 2.Even if you are working in company or hired by company to work for client you won get paid 3.You will be blamed for all the mess happening in the company and the excuse you get is its a start up so you have to do everything
