The team was very knowledgeable regarding all the processes and were happy to help. Everyone is very approachable and wanting to help where possible

Minpunten

Access to the multiple different platforms that we need to use in our role have only been granted in the past month, also the process for these logins was not clearly documented and came from many different people. The only way i found which programs i had access/ needed to was when needing to solve a case.
