Some really amazing people outside of the executive leadership. Quite a good product that could go quite a long way if the company was led by anyone who knew what they were doing.

WOW - it is hard to capture the absolute insanity and toxicity of the topsort culture and experience. Suffice to say, every other awful glassdoor review is accurate. Your mental health will suffer. The CEO will make you question your sanity even though she has no experience whatsoever, is not a leader, has no empathy or management/leadership skills, and doesn't care at all about how people feel or have any empathy. The company has been around only a few years yet just you can see just from linkedin how many people have come and quickly left the company - the turnover has been insane! There is no way this company will go the distance unless a new leadership team is brought in, and even so, it seems too much damage has already been done. CEO continues to find ways to get glassdoor to remove the worst reviews, so the overall opinion of people at topsort about their experience is much worse than the average you see here, and most of the positive reviews have been demanded and are not accurate. Would never let a single person I like even a little bit work here.

There’s close alignment with engineers, designers, and data teams, ensuring smooth delivery. The culture is open to experimentation, which makes innovating easier. Leadership encourages transparent communication, so expectations are clear. You also get opportunities to shape roadmaps that directly impact clients globally, which is both exciting and challenging.

Good team members, everyone outside of management is hard working.

CEO needs psycological help. Don't read these comments and think, "what a challenge! I will be the acception." You wont. Worst job i've ever had, Horrible management team, especially CEO who is not self aware and a deeply disturbed individual.
