I had zero positive experience in this company.

Minpunten

I dread every day of working in this company ever since I joined it. The management is useless and does not give space for the employees to grow. There's no room for advancement because the managers are just content with doing the bare minimum. There's really no future for you here, so you better switch to a competent company instead. On top of it all, the pay here is terrible low compared to the company's competitors.

The network engineering team at total is by far the most experienced crew I have worked with in my career. Lots of opportunities to work with private and public orgs of many sizes.

Minpunten

Most project / task management is left up to the engineer. School breaks are the busiest time for the operations side of the house.
