The emphasis on design, quality and user experience reign supreme - Works purely on BIM across all disciplines, so you get to learn a lot here. - Career growth is good if you're with the right team.

      - Disregard for timelines. Really slow pace of work. Many a time, work can be of repetitive nature. - Many processes that need to be followed as per protocol really delay the pace of work too. Some of these don't make sense in the digital era.

      relaxed work environment for the most part.

      There is absolutely no structure and no one knows what they are doing. The company is failing and leadership lies to everyone they recruit. They are very prejudiced and childish. You won’t see any real money working with them. Please research the company thoroughly before accepting a job with them.
