You can get the hours when they short or someone quits

Minpunten

Greediness in paying workers what they worth .not enough staff .always someone quitting or leaving .always people who don't do their jobs .so you are stuck with doing theirs plus yours you done your part .but they take their time .so you can end up doing their work too ..no linen person no lenient in the schedule .you are pretty much stuck with whenever they change it the schedule .just like that .and for honesty or saying anything .you get written up for !! This is not for those with weakened muscles or backs .and once you get hurt .you are out of a job .because you can't do like you use to from all the lifting and taking linen at the end of the shifts

After adjusting for inflation, my raise was a paltry <0.2%. I was told that was actually"very good." This was before it was announced that Touchpoint hit record profits. They also committed flagrant violations of labor law by telling us we weren't allowed to discuss salary amongst each other. Management was very poor during my time there. Lack of clinical knowledge and support made critical staffing periods much harder. We felt micromanaged when everyone was just trying their best. If you stood up for yourself or had a different idea, it was shot down. The morale was low and many people left for better opportunities. KPIs are a waste of time.
